增加禁止IP和留言语句功能

实在不能忍受垃圾留言,增加禁止IP和留言语句功能

首批被封IP为:202.129.37.62,是来自泰国的

附:不能忍了,再增加防止机器人功能.

郁闷

最近我的主页也遭遇了这种灌水机……。原来只是留言板，现在评论功能也是了，很郁闷。

禁止留言的功能还是有效的

不过对方一换关键字就不行了
